They are a horrible business. We are renting through them and are currently being evicted for two bed bug infestations that we didn't not cause but they are pointing the finger at us anyways and putting the bills on us. They did not give us a receipt for the second bill like they were suppose to. Also they put your rent money towards any extra bill that they give you whether it be damages or extermination. I don't recommend renting through them unless you want to be screwed.
